What to expect when purchasing a printable product directly from East TN Views.
After Stripe confirms a completed payment, East TN Views opens a private page with a download button for the complete, unwatermarked PDF. Save that private page; it allows up to five download attempts in case a browser closes or a connection is interrupted. No physical item or shipping charge is included with a PDF purchase.
A purchase grants one household a personal-use license to print the pages more than once. Public previews are watermarked; the purchased PDF has no preview or personal-use watermarks. The file and printed pages may not be shared outside the purchasing household, resold, uploaded, redistributed, or used as a commercial product.
Because access begins immediately, a delivered digital purchase is generally not refundable. We will help with a duplicate charge, a damaged or incomplete file, or a download that does not work as described. This policy does not limit any rights provided by applicable law. Use the support contact shown on the Stripe receipt so we can locate the order securely.
East TN Views does not receive or store full card numbers. Stripe processes payment details under its own privacy and security practices. We keep a one-way checkout reference, purchase amount, download count, and encrypted buyer email and checkout reference so the owner can help recover an eligible purchase. Private download links are rechecked against Stripe before access is granted.
Purchase and owner password-recovery emails are sent through Cloudflare Email Service. The email provider receives the recipient address and message to deliver it. Buying a product does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Keep purchase links private; contact easttnviews@gmail.com for order or privacy help.
Password-reset links are sent only to the configured owner login address, expire after 15 minutes, and can be used once. The site stores a hash of the reset token, not the token itself. Completing a reset signs out existing owner sessions. Short-lived request counters help prevent abuse.
Newsletter signups store the submitted email address. Community responses store the words and display choice submitted by the visitor. Social-link analytics are grouped by source, campaign, destination, and day; the site does not retain a visitor’s IP address or personal browsing history for that reporting.
The optional owner-only Google connection requests identity and email access to verify a saved Gmail or Google Workspace reply address. We store the Google account identifier, verified email, connection timestamps, and an encrypted refresh token so the owner can check or reconnect that account. We do not request permission to read Gmail, contacts, or Drive, and this connection does not send mail through Gmail. Google passwords are never received or stored by this site.
Google credentials and tokens are encrypted on the server and are not displayed in the portal or shared with subscribers. Google identity data is not sold, used for advertising, or used to train AI models. Use Disconnect Google in Owner Portal → Email to revoke access and remove the saved connection token and Google identifier. The separately saved reply address remains until the owner removes it. Access can also be revoked from Google Account connections.
Newsletter sending is a separate, owner-configured Resend connection. When the owner confirms a send, active subscriber addresses are sent to that provider for private delivery and unsubscribe handling. A chosen reply address appears in the sent newsletter; other saved owner addresses are not included. For privacy or deletion requests, contact easttnviews@gmail.com.
Available clothing, bags, and mugs open in our production partner’s storefront. Review the product, size, color, delivery estimate, shipping cost, taxes, and return terms there before paying. Defects must be reported to the storefront support team within 30 days of receiving an order. Printed coloring books remain coming soon and cannot be ordered here yet.
