What to expect when purchasing a printable product directly from East TN Views.
After Stripe confirms a completed payment, East TN Views sends the purchased PDF directly to your device. The secure success link allows up to five download attempts in case a browser closes or a connection is interrupted. No physical item or shipping charge is included with a PDF purchase.
A purchase grants one household a personal-use license to print the pages more than once. The file and printed pages may not be shared outside the purchasing household, resold, uploaded, redistributed, or used as a commercial product.
Because access begins immediately, a delivered digital purchase is generally not refundable. We will help with a duplicate charge, a damaged or incomplete file, or a download that does not work as described. This policy does not limit any rights provided by applicable law. Use the support contact shown on the Stripe receipt so we can locate the order securely.
East TN Views does not receive or store full card numbers. Stripe processes payment details under its own privacy and security practices. East TN Views stores a one-way reference to the completed checkout and a download count so the secure file limit can be enforced.
Newsletter signups store the submitted email address. Community responses store the words and display choice submitted by the visitor. Social-link analytics are grouped by source, campaign, destination, and day; the site does not retain a visitor’s IP address or personal browsing history for that reporting.
Made-to-order merchandise and printed books remain unavailable until fulfillment, shipping, return, and sample-order checks are complete. Their specific delivery and return terms will be shown before any payment button is activated.
